    What is an FWB?

    What is an FHL?

    House Air Waybill (HAWB) information which is extracted as data and compiled in a special message format that needs to comply with the IATA standards and regulations.

    What is an FMA?

    A positive acknowledgement or receipt for an FWB or FHL message that has successfully passed the IATA guideline checks and has been forwarded to the required Airline and/or GHA.

    What is an FNA?

    An error message which notifies the sender that a problem has been detected in the FWB or FHL message sent. The FWB or FHL message is not forwarded to the Airline and/or GHA.

    Please note your message has NOT been sent!

    In most cases, the FNA can be corrected and the FWB message re-submitted if the cargo has yet to arrive at the CTO.
    How to correct an FNA

    If you are not familiar with how to correct an FNA and re-submit the FWB message, please check with your software provider or I.T. area for further instruction.

    If you have a login to CCNhub (www.ccnhub.com.au) then FNA errors can also be corrected and the FWB re-submitted quite quickly and easily.
    AWB REJECTED – DUPLICATE AWB

    This type of FNA advice means that the FWB data is already in the Airline system and cannot accept another.

    Possible reason(s) for this FNA include:
    • The FWB message has been previously sent.
    • The FWB message had not been received into the Airline system by the time the cargo
    was lodged and the AWB was therefore manually data captured at the cargo terminal.
    1046 INVALID DATA – FLT (Flight)

    This type of FNA advice means that an error was detected in the flight data area (FLT line) of the FWB and was not forwarded to the Airline and/or GHA.

    The error can be corrected either via your system or CCNhub and the FWB retransmitted to avoid any penalties from the Airline and/or GHA.

    Common problem area(s) for this FNA include:
    • Invalid formatting or incorrect flight number.
    • Flight date is missing.
